Industrial and Commercial Ball Valves

Milwaukee Valve offers a full line of ball valves in a variety of body materials including our UltraPure Low Lead bronze and brass, standard bronze, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, monel, and alloy 20. Available in sizes 1/4" to 12".

All of our UltraPure Low Lead bronze and brass ball valves have RPTFE seats & seals, adjustable stem packing, and blowout proof stems. Two-piece & three-piece valve styles have a wide variety of trim & operator options including locking handles, oval handles, "T" handles, actuators, stem extensions, and our Insulator MS Handle.

Our carbon steel, stainless steel, monel, and alloy 20 valves are available in one-piece, two-piece, three-piece, unibody, and split-body flanged end. End connectons include FNPT, socket weld, butt weld, and ANSI 150 & 300 flanged. Locking, oval, and extended handles are available as well as electric & pneumatic operators. Special preparations such as fire-safe, chlorine prep, and cleaned for oxygen service are also available.

Bronze Gate, Globe, and Check Valves

Milwaukee Valve offers a complete line of multi-turn gate, globe, and check valves.

Milwaukee Valve's bronze gate, globe, and check valves are available in sizes 1/8" - 4", and in classes 125, 150, 200, and 300 SWP. Milwaukee Valve UltraPure Low Lead bronze gate, globe, and check valves are available in sizes 1/4" – 2", rated at 200 WOG.

Iron Gate, Globe, and Check Valves

Iron gate, globe, and check valves are available in sizes 2" - 24" and in classes 125 and 250 SWP.

Materials of construction include IBBM, all iron, and 3% nickel. Actuation, bypasses, drains, and outside lever and weight options are also available upon request.

Cast Steel Gate, Globe, and Check Valves

Cast steel gate, globe, and check valves are available in sizes 2" - 30" and ANSI classes 150, 300, and 600. Body material is WCB with 13% chrome trim. Actuation, bypasses, drains, and outside lever and weight options are also available upon request.

Butterfly Valves

High Performance
High performance butterfly valves from Milwaukee Valve are available in sizes ranging from 2-1/2" to 24" for Class 150 ratings, and 2-1/2" to 16" for Class 300. Dependable and durable service assured with one-piece stem and stainless steel backed reinforced PFTE bearings.
Rubber-lined
Milwaukee Valves's rubber-lined butterfly valves are resilient. Seated wafer & full-lug body styles are available in sizes 2" - 48". Double dead end service is available from 2" - 12". Dead end service is available up to 24".
All iron butterfly valves have phenolic-reinforced liners and 416 SS blowout proof stems. Liner materials include EPDM, Buna-N,Milwaukee Butterfly Valves Viton, Hypalon, and FDA Neoprene. Disc materials include aluminum bronze, DINP, 316 SS, epoxy, and nylon coated. Operators include 10-position lever (locking standard), gear operators, and stem extensions.
All Milwaukee butterfly valves easily automated with pneumatic or electric actuators.
Our butterfly valves also meet the low lead requirement in which the wetted surface (in any material combination) contacted by consumable water contains less than one quarter of a percent (.25%) of lead by weight.

Fire-protection valves are available in a variety of styles and types including valves for main and riser service, supervised and unsupervised services as well as trim valves. Valves meeting UL, FM, NFPA and NYCBS & A/MEA are available.

Dry-Bulk Transport Valves

Dry-bulk transport valves are specially designed to handle the vibrations, temperature variations, weather, and hard knocks of highway hauling. Their aluminum body material provides solid performance, while minimizing non-payload weight.
Valves are available in lift check, horizontal swing check, angle lift check, gate, relief, and butterfly valve styles.

Actuation & Controls

A complete line of actuators and complementing control options are available for almost any valve, including rising stems. Milwaukee Valve ActuatorsPneumatic actuation is available in double acting and spring return styles with a wide range of torque outputs. Electric actuators are available as internal or external motor drives with various voltages and motor options. NEMA 4, 7 and 9 housings, linkage kits, positioners, limit switches, and other option packages are also available.
